Paris School 2026

8–12 June 2026, LNE Paris & Trappes

The CAVECORE Paris School brings together doctoral candidates, researchers, and consortium partners for a week of scientific training, exchange, and community building, taking place from 8 to 12 June 2026 at LNE in Paris and Trappes.

The program opens with a full day workshop during which doctoral candidates present their research across the three research and training objectives, namely Cognition and Monitoring, Specification, and Execution, Analysis and Reflection, followed by structured group activities designed to map common interests, identify potential collaborations, and strengthen the CAVECORE community.

Over the following days, participants engage in depth training sessions covering four key themes: AI system performance evaluation, the EU AI Act and its implications for cognitive robotics, mastering measurement uncertainty through the GUM framework, and building inclusive research environments. A guided tour of LNE’s laboratories, spanning AI simulation, electromagnetic compatibility, electrical safety, radio frequency testing, quantum metrology, and more, offers a hands on perspective on the industrial and scientific context underpinning the project.

The school concludes with a closing session during which doctoral candidates reflect on the week, share key takeaways, and connect what they have learned to their individual research trajectories. A social dinner held midweek also provides additional opportunities for informal exchange and networking.
